We specialize in skilling and up-skilling the female workforce and women, who have dropped out of the workforce, thus helping companies bring more women back into the workforce and retain them.

Through our unique methodology using design thinking, we help woman at grassroots level on mindset shift and problem solving, thereby encouraging them to stay longer at workplaces and in turn helping corporates to build a diverse workforce.

A sustainable social venture that works in coordination with government, corporates & NGOs, we are focused on providing woman employees an integrated learning and placement linked skill training program for livelihood.

We aim to leverage technology through learner and trainer collaboration, video courses and smart classrooms, so as to reach out to maximum number of woman audience across the country.
